Flat Top Conveyor Belt installation troubleshooting method:

1. If the chain plate has a running phenomenon, adjust the tensioning shaft at one end of the driven shaft, and adjust it slowly. Remember to adjust it quickly, causing the edge of the mesh belt to be scratched.

2. If the chain plate is shaken, check whether the conveyor and the roller in the conveying tunnel have rust and refuse to turn, and adjust them one by one.

3. If the chain drive chain plate has jump chain and the operation is unstable, check whether the sprocket at both ends of the drive shaft is synchronized and whether the tooth end is excessively worn.
